Become a mentor as part of the Engaged Journalism Accelerator

The Engaged Journalism Accelerator runs a mentoring programme for grantees to provide hands-on support in carrying out their activities and help them navigate the challenges of growing their news organisations.

The reason we provide mentoring is simple: we found that early adopters of engaged journalism gain a great deal from informal coaching relationships with people who have specialist skills, such as legal training or project management, or who have experienced similar challenges.

We’re delighted to be working with some brilliant mentors as part of the programme, who are volunteering their time and energy to help Accelerator grantees evolve their news organisations. You can see some of them below.

If you’re interested in becoming a mentor, you can find out more about it here, and you can join our network or get in touch with Madalina Ciobanu at ciobanu [@] ejc.net.
